About Us

Universal Financial Access (UFA) is a movement dedicated to securing financial inclusion for all Indians. It is achieved when everyone in the country has a unique national ID and a bank account which they can use to save, borrow, insure, invest and retire using products that are designed for them, are affordable and accessible. Our goal is to have "UFA by 2013" declared as a national priority by the Government of India. Part and parcel of this goal is for every Indian to have an unique national ID and a bank account by 2010. This website is an online community for anyone that believes in the UFA movement.
